Dear friends and guests,
We’re writing to share that Easy Rider will be closing for public service. Our last day of public service will be Saturday, May 24th. We hope you’ll join us for one last visit as we serve up our final meals and look ahead to our next adventure.
As we move into the final stages of preparation for the construction of our new venue in the Murphy Arts Center, we’re shifting operations to better utilize our spaces and maintain momentum throughout the build. As part of this realignment, we’ve made the difficult—but necessary—decision to close the restaurant.
This decision was shaped not only by our long-term vision, but also by the realities of today’s hospitality landscape. Rising food and labor costs, combined with the unique challenges of running a full-service restaurant, have made it increasingly difficult to maintain the level of quality and consistency we aim to deliver. Along the way, we’ve gained a deep appreciation for the restaurant industry and those who make it thrive every day.
We’re incredibly proud of everything we accomplished with Easy Rider — from unforgettable meals to the countless moments shared with our community. Thank you to everyone who pulled up a chair, supported us, and helped make it something truly special.
Most of all, we want to give a heartfelt shout-out to our amazing team. Your dedication, talent, and hard work — through early mornings, late nights, and everything in between — brought Easy Rider to life every single day. We couldn’t have done it without you.
What’s next?
Who knows what the future holds? Maybe you’ll even see us pop up here and there down the road.
With appreciation,
The Easy Rider Team
