FDIC week is here, and Indianapolis is proud to host the thousands of firefighters and first responders coming in from across the country. Whether you’re here to train, connect with the fire community, or just enjoy a few days in a great city—we’re glad you’re here.

While you're in town, Easy Rider Diner has you covered, just a short walk from the convention center. We’re serving up all-day breakfast, diner classics, strong coffee, and cold drinks in a laid-back space that’s perfect for fueling up or winding down.

Whether you're rolling in early for pancakes and eggs, or grabbing a dinner with your crew, we’ve got you covered.

We keep it simple: real food, made with care, served all day. Here are a few local favorites:

Biscuits and Gravy – Spicy sausage-gravy, two eggs, served with roasted potatoes

The Square – Two sausage links, two eggs, sourdough toast, roasted potatoes, tomatillo salsa

Waffle Flight – (5) Biscuit waffles tossed in cinnamon-sugar, served with peach butter, hot honey, apple compote, raspberry preserves

Bacon Smashburger – Fischer Farms beef patty, bacon, cheddar cheese, special sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, brioche bun

Garbage Can Nachos – Fried corn tortilla chips, queso, black beans, jalapeño, pico de gallo, lime crema, queso fresco
