Menu Update: New Additions For Fall

We’re thrilled to announce our fall menu refresh here at Easy Rider, bringing some delicious new dishes and drinks to both our brunch and dinner menus! This update was inspired by you—our amazing customers. Your feedback has been invaluable, and we’ve made sure to incorporate your suggestions into every bite, including reprinting our menus with a cleaner, more easy-to-read font. We’re always listening, so keep those ideas coming!

New Beverage Highlights

We’ve added some seasonal twists and fresh flavors to our drink menu that are perfect for fall.

• Clouds In My Coffee: For the coffee lovers, this one’s a must-try! It features Bovaconti Cold Brew, oat milk, and honey syrup—a smooth, sweet pick-me-up.
• Mimosa Flight (New Flavors): Now you can enjoy four new mimosa flavors, including Lavender Lemon, Honey Pear, Hibiscus Lemon, and Mango. Perfect for brunching with friends!

New Entrées and Appetizers

We’re excited to roll out new savory entrées and shareable appetizers that you’ll love:

• Vegan Scramble (V): A hearty and healthy mix of roasted potatoes, zucchini, cauliflower, tofu, and more, tossed with yellow curry.
• Denver Omelette: A classic brunch favorite, loaded with Fischer Farms ham, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, and cheddar cheese.
• Tenderloin Sandwich: Choose from grilled or breaded tenderloin, served on a brioche bun with all the fixings.
• Chicken Sandwich: Another crowd-pleaser! Available fried or grilled, it’s packed with flavor on a soft brioche bun.

For Those With a Sweet Tooth:

• Strawberry & Cream Waffle (VEG): Fresh glazed strawberries and whipped cream make this waffle the perfect treat for brunch.

Appetizer Additions:

• Southwest Chicken Egg Rolls: Packed with seasoned chicken, cheese, and veggies, these are served with avocado ranch and chipotle mayo.
